Brian Requarth

Brian Requarth is a prominent venture capitalist and angel investor, widely recognized for his foundational role in the Latin American tech ecosystem. He co-founded Viva Real, Brazil's largest real estate portal, serving as CEO from 2009 until July 2016, when he transitioned to Chairman. Under his leadership, Viva Real bootstrapped its operations and eventually merged with Zap Imóveis in 2017, forming a dominant player later acquired by OLX Brazil.
