Unlike typical investors, Upscale does not write checks or take equity stakes in participating businesses. Instead, it offers a comprehensive, six-month non-residential program designed to equip founders and their leadership teams with the knowledge and networks necessary for successful scaling. This means it provides strategic support and mentorship, not capital.

The program's core value proposition lies in its unique blend of peer-to-peer learning, expert-led masterclasses, and tailored coaching sessions. Companies selected for Upscale benefit from direct access to experienced entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and subject matter experts who provide strategic guidance on critical growth challenges, from international expansion to talent acquisition and product development.
